Terms
Terms of use.
The deal between you and us, in as few words as we can manage.
Using Frogi
Frogi is an iOS app that helps you limit your own screen time. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You need to be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, whichever is higher.
What Frogi is not
Frogi is a tool for building a habit. It is not a medical device and not a treatment for addiction, compulsion, anxiety or any other condition, and nothing in the app is medical advice. If your relationship with your phone is causing you real distress, please talk to a professional.
Missions and physical activity
Some missions ask you to move: push-ups, walking, and similar. You take part at your own risk, and you are responsible for judging whether an activity is safe for you. Stop if it hurts. If you have a condition that makes exercise risky, talk to a doctor before using those missions. You can always earn an app back by waiting instead.
It will not be perfect
Frogi depends on Apple's Screen Time framework, and that framework has limits we do not control. Blocking may occasionally be delayed, a mission may miscount, or an update from Apple may change behaviour. Frogi is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Your content
Your rules, limits and history belong to you and live on your device. We do not claim any rights over them, and in normal operation we never receive them.
Our content
The Frogi name, the frog, the app and this site are ours. Please do not copy, resell or pass them off as your own. If you are a creator wanting to talk about Frogi, we would love that: write to team@oculta.app.
Payment
Frogi does not bill you directly. If it offers a paid plan, that plan is sold through the App Store, and Apple's terms and refund rules apply to it. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.
Ending things
You can stop using Frogi whenever you like by deleting it. We may suspend access if someone is abusing the service or breaking these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Frogi. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Frogi after that means you accept the new terms.
